NOVELTY - The substrate has a metal base plate i.e. Copper base plate formed with a fixing surface and a graphene layer to cover a crystal. A soldering pad is fixed on the graphene layer. The soldering pad and the graphene layer are formed with an insulating layer. The insulating layer is made of a dielectric material i.e. Silicon dioxide particle and an adhesive material i.e. Epoxy resin glue. The insulating layer separates the soldering pad fixed with the Graphene layer. The soldering pad is plated with a metal bonding layer. USE - Thermoelectric separating LED substrate. ADVANTAGE - The substrate forms the insulation layer to achieve insulation between the pad and the graphene layer to solve problem of poor lateral thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a thermoelectric separating LED substrate manufacturing method.
