A cleaning portion is composed of a mounting seat (401), a telescopic bottle (402) and a gas spraying pipe (403). The mounting seat is welded on the right end face of the mounting arm. A cleaning portion is composed of a cleaning box portion (501), a sliding seat (502), a second sliding rod (503), an elastic portion (504), a placing plate (505), a cleaning hole (506) and a bump (507).
