▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite material comprises (i) adding graphite, graphene, glass microbeads, carbon nanotubes, Ketjen black, carbon fibers and metal compounds into a grinding machine for grinding, and obtaining a solid phase mixture after passing through a 100-150 mesh sieve, (ii) mixing deionized water, ethanol and ethylene glycol to obtain a water solvent, and adding the solid phase mixture into the water solvent and fully stirring to obtain a turbid solution, (iii) placing turbid solution in a magnetic field container for stirring, (iv) adding silicone oil, glycerol and titanium dioxide to the magnetic field container, heating at 50-60°C, and stirring uniformly for 30 minutes, and (v) adding barium sulfate, silicon dioxide and aluminum powder into the magnetic field container, heating to 80-100°C, stirring at a constant temperature for 60 minutes, and then adding into an extruder for plasticization and granulation to obtain a finished product. USE - The graphene is useful in optical, electrical, mechanics, thermal fields, and in various applications. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes uniform dispersion and composite, which is good for greatly improving the conductivity graphene the composite material; has large specific surface area, has better conductivity and hardness. The material: has higher hardness, and is simple, and economical.
