NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion resistant coating electrode comprises (i) grinding and polishing titanium based plate, removing pollutant on the surface, (ii) washing titanium based plate with deionized water, (iii) placing titanium based plate in acid solution, stirring, using with deionized water after etching, (iv) ultrasonically vibrating titanium based plate in organic solvent, (v) drying titanium based plate in vacuum oven to obtain pretreated titanium based plate, (vi) preparing lead salt solution, (vii) using double-electrode system, taking pretreated titanium based plate as cathode and anode salt solution as electrolyte, applying constant current density to electrode by adjustable direct current voltage stabilizing power supply and depositing, (viii) washing electrode anode deposition with deionized water, and drying, (ix) preparing graphene dispersion, and (x) coating graphene dispersion on titanium-based lead dioxide electrode, and drying to obtain titanium-based coating electrode. USE - The coating electrode is used for circulating external drainage and desalting. ADVANTAGE - The coating electrode enhances the structural properties, improves the conductivity, and can enhance the corrosion resistance, and is great significance for the realization of electrochemical desalination of external drainage under complex conditions. The method has simple operation, high repeatability, and good industrial prospect.
