NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano belt/single-wall carbon nano-tube intramolecular heterojunction involves adding the single-wall carbon nano-tube and dopamine hydrochloride into the tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution, reacting in dark environment, filtering to obtain single-wall carbon nano-tube modified by poly-dopamine, dispersing the single-wall carbon nano-tube modified by poly-dopamine prepared in sulfuric acid solution, adding concentrated phosphoric acid, heating, adding potassium permanganate, cooling to room temperature, adding hydrogen peroxide, filtering, water washing to neutral, obtaining the melting single-wall carbon nano tube, roasting the melting chain single-wall carbon nano-tube obtained, using hydrochloric acid solution for ultrasonic treatment of the roasting product, filtering, adding hydroiodic acid solution for reduction reaction, filtering after reaction to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing graphene nano-belt/single-walled carbon nano-tube intramolecular heterojunction used for capacitor, photoelectric device, energy storage battery and electrochemical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene nano-belt/single-wall carbon nano-tube intramolecular heterojunction with high melting degree controllable, low device requirement in the preparation process, and convenient for popularization and application of the preparation method.
