NOVELTY - Anticorrosive insulation paint comprises 9-13 wt.% nano silica airgel wrapped hollow beads,10-17 wt.% hollow fiber, 25-35 wt.% isobutylene-isoprene-acrylate copolymer, 25-45 wt.% modified epoxy resin and 10-18 wt.% nano graphene powder. The nano silica airgel wrapped hollow bead comprises nano silica aerogel and hollow beads in the ratio 15:80-10:85. The hollow microfiber comprises 5-17 wt.% potassium hexatitanate whiskers and 83-95 wt.% hollow ultrafine fiber powder. The isobutylene-isoprene-acrylate copolymer comprise isobutylene-isoprene liquid rubber and acrylic liquid rubber. USE - Used as anticorrosive insulation paint. ADVANTAGE - The method increases strength, tear resistance, reduces heat-conducting coefficient. The paint has wearable impact-resistant with ultra-low coefficient of heat conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anticorrosive insulation paint comprises 9-13 wt.% nano silica airgel wrapped hollow beads,10-17 wt.% hollow fiber, 25-35 wt.% isobutylene-isoprene acrylate copolymer, 25-45 wt.% modified epoxy resin and 10-18 wt.% nano graphene powder. The nano silica airgel wrapped hollow bead comprises nano silica aerogel and hollow beads in the ratio 15:80-10:85. The hollow microfiber comprises 5-17 wt.% potassium hexatitanate whiskers and 83-95 wt.% hollow ultrafine fiber powder. The isobutylene-isoprene-acrylate copolymer comprise 55-65 wt.% isobutylene-isoprene liquid rubber and 35-45 wt.% acrylic liquid rubber. The modified epoxy resin comprises 15-25 wt.% benzoxazine resin and 75-85 wt.% epoxy resin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anticorrosive insulation paint comprising: (i) preparing nano silica airgel wrapped hollow beads; (ii) preparing modified epoxy resin by mixing of benzoxazine resin with polyphenol glycidyl ether epoxy resin, heating at 50 degrees C with stirring at 800 rotations/minute for 20 minutes, cooling naturally to 10-30 degrees C to obtain modified epoxy resin; (iii) mixing of hollow microfiber, isobutylene-isoprene-acrylate copolymer, nano graphene powder and modified epoxy resin, heating at 10-30 degrees C with stirring at high speed of 700 to 1000 rotations/minute for 20 minutes to obtain a mixed material; and (iv) mixing of mixed material with nano-silica airgel wrapped hollow beads in the ratio of 91:9-81:13, stirring at 70-120 rotation/minute at 10-30 degrees C for 20 minutes to obtain anticorrosive insulating paint.
