▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aluminium-copper oxide/graphene oxide composite film comprises polyallyl ammonium salts and polyacrylic acid as intermediary on substrate layer. The substrate layer constitutes aluminum and copper oxide or graphene oxide nanoparticles. USE - Aluminium-copper oxide/graphene oxide composite film used for microelectromechanical system based electro-thermal pyrotechnic igniter in military area. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-copper oxide/graphene oxide composite film has controlled structure and properties, and is obtained in cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aluminum-copper oxide/graphene oxide composite film, which involves: (A) obtaining graphene oxide thin film by carrying out electrophoretic deposition by using stainless steel or platinum electrode as cathode and copper as anode in electrophoretic deposition solution; (B) mixing 0.01-0.03mol/L polyallylamine hydrochloride salt aqueous solution and 0.25 wt.% copper oxide aqueous to obtain first mixed solution, whose pH is adjusted to 7-8; (C) mixing 0.01-0.03mol/L polyacrylic acid aqueous solution and 0.1 wt.% aluminum in water to obtain second mixed solution, whose pH is adjusted at 4-6; (D) immersing the obtained graphene oxide thin film in the first mixed solution for 5-30 minutes; (E) cleaning and drying the immersed graphene oxide thin film; (F) immersing the dried graphene oxide thin film in second mixed solution for 5-30 minutes; and (G) cleaning and drying the immersed graphene oxide thin film to obtain the desired product.
