NOVELTY - Nano-composite additive comprises nano-ceramic particles, graphene powder and anti-agglomeration additive, where the mass ratio of the nano-ceramic particles, graphene powder and anti-agglomeration additive is (0.8-1.2):(0.8-1.2):0.01. USE - The additive is useful for lithium-ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite additive promotes the lithium ion battery anode construct nano three-dimensional network structure, so as to improve the conductivity and specific surface area, which is good for the penetration of the electrolyte, improves the mobility of the lithium, reduces the interface impedance, and improves the performance of the battery. When the battery thermal runaway, ceramic particles generate volume expansion, can block the battery loop at high temperature, thus avoiding serious spontaneous combustion and explosion.
