▎ 摘  要

ADVANTAGE - The converter combines the graphene with the metal ultra-surface, using the conductivity of the graphene under the action of the grid bias voltage adjustable electromagnetic characteristics, and modulates the polarization conversion characteristics of the metal super-surface so as to realize the broadband transmission terahertz cross polarization conversion with adjustable efficiency. The converter has strong stability, high working bandwidth, and high stability. The dielectric layer uses Fabry-Perot interference effect to improve the cross-polarization conversion efficiency and working bandwidth of the converter.
