NOVELTY - In-situ preparation of self-assembled graphene oxide microsphere includes combining crystalline flake graphite and inorganic salt, stirring, dispersing in concentrated sulfuric acid solution, pre-oxidizing, standing, aging the reaction system, under continuous stirring condition, slowly adding oxidant into the reaction system, controlling the reaction system temperature after the addition of oxidant, raising the temperature, keeping the temperature, slowly adding deionized water in the reaction system, raising the temperature, keeping the temperature and discharging. USE - In-situ preparation of self-assembled graphene oxide microsphere used e.g. for functionalized self-assembled graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to prepare graphene oxide, does not need organic and inorganic inducing medium, has low-cost raw materials, and is simple and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In-situ preparation of self-assembled graphene oxide microsphere comprises at 50-70 degrees C, combining crystalline flake graphite and inorganic salt, stirring, dispersing in concentrated sulfuric acid solution, pre-oxidizing for 2-10 hours, standing at 15-40 degrees C for 4-16 days, aging the reaction system, under continuous stirring condition, slowly adding oxidant into the reaction system, controlling the reaction system temperature after the addition of oxidant at not greater than 20 degrees C, raising the temperature to 35 plus minus 2 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 0.5-2 hours, slowly adding deionized water in the reaction system, where the volume ratio of deionized water and concentrated sulfuric acid is 2-5:1, raising the temperature to 98 plus minus 2 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 10-30 minutes, discharging, diluting the reaction system with large amount of deionized water, filtering and separating, washing with deionized water until neutral, and vacuum drying or freeze drying to obtain the product.
