NOVELTY - The material has a multi-layer graphene sheet whose surface is provided with metal nano-particles. A metal nano-wire is connected with a side surface of the graphene sheet surface and welded with metal nano-particles to form a metal nanowire-graphene bridge structure composite material. A graphite intercalation compound is formed between two adjacent layers of the graphene sheet. USE - Metal nanowire-graphene bridge frame structure composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material increases graphene sheet transmittance of about 85%, reduces graphene sheet surface resistance about less than 1 ohms/square, satisfies industrial application requirement, enhances metal nano-particles growth on a graphene surface and assembly, and utilizes an electronic transport path in an effective manner.
