NOVELTY - Preparing halogen-free environment-friendly flame-retardant master batch comprises e.g. adding three-mouth flask fixed in the water bath, adding dimethylformamide solution and oxidized polypropylene wax and fully stirring to the three-mouth flask, after the polypropylene wax to be oxidized is completely dissolved in dimethylformamide, adding pyrophosphate piperazine and melaminepolyphosphate compound flame retardant powder into the solution, continuously stirring, taking out the mixture in the three-mouth flask, and placing into vacuum oven to dry to remove dimethyl formamide solvent, after crushing by the airflow type ultra-micro powder machine to obtain the micro-encapsulated modified pyrophosphoric acid piperazine and melamine polyphosphate compound flame retardant powder. USE - The halogen-free environment-friendly flame-retardant master batch is useful for long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant master batch: can introduces the third component nano material, which improves the flame retardant efficiency; adds flame retardant, which can be reduced from 20% to 16-18%, reduces the drop phenomenon; and has excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing halogen-free environment-friendly flame-retardant master batch for long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material comprises (i) adding 1000 ml three-mouth flask fixed in the water bath, and the temperature of the water bath is adjusted to 65 degrees C, adding 400 ml dimethylformamide solution and 50 g oxidized polypropylene wax and fully stirring to the three-mouth flask; (ii) after the polypropylene wax to be oxidized is completely dissolved in dimethylformamide, adding 150 g pyrophosphate piperazine and melaminepolyphosphate compound flame retardant powder into the solution, continuously stirring for 30 minutes; (iii) taking out the mixture in the three-mouth flask, and placing into 80 degrees C of vacuum oven to dry to remove dimethyl formamide solvent, after crushing by the airflow type ultra-micro powder machine to obtain the micro-encapsulated modified pyrophosphoric acid piperazine and melamine polyphosphate compound flame retardant powder; and (iv) taking polypropylenepowder as carrier 50 wt.%, respectively adding micro-encapsulated modified pyrophosphoricacid piperazine and melamine polyphosphate compound powder flame retardant 40-48.8 wt.%, flame retardant synergistic agent 1-8 wt.%, 0.1-1 wt.% composite antioxidant, and 0.1-1 wt.% lubricant.
