NOVELTY - Electronic packaging material comprises base body and reinforcing body. The base body is made of aluminum, copper, aluminum alloy, or copper alloy. The reinforcing body is made of 0.5-30 wt.% (of the total wt.%) graphene, which makes 1-20 layers of micro-sheet having an area of 1-5000 mu m2. The base body comprises chromium, iron, titanium, tungsten, boron, or molybdenum at 0.05-1 wt.%. USE - Electronic packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The electronic packaging material has high heat conductivity, high strength, low density, and excellent performance and is environment-friendly.
