NOVELTY - A nanocomposite coating comprises corrosion-resistant bonding layer formed using polydopamine coating and antibacterial layer formed using one or more of nano-zinc oxide coating, graphene oxide coating and nano-zinc oxide and graphene oxide composite coating. USE - Nanocomposite coating for implant e.g. artificial bone substitute. ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite coating has excellent antibacterial function and corrosion resistance, which prolongs the service life of coating on implant material. The preparation method is simple and can be quickly prepared on the surface of the complex structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanocomposite coating, which involves using polydopamine coating, implant, nano-zinc oxide coating, and graphene oxide coating.
