▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing vertically-oriented graphene without external gas carbon source comprises (i) treating base material; (ii) adding waste oil and the base material into a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition reaction cavity, heating and vacuumizing cavity by heating at 500-700 degrees C, where the plasma source is aninductance coupling plasma; (iii) passing argon gas to obtain vertical stone-oriented graphene after plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition reaction; and (v) cooling the vertically-oriented graphene to obtain a vertically-oriented graphene material. USE - The method is useful for preparing vertically-oriented graphene without external gas carbon source. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has excellent physical and chemical properties, unique orientation and rich edge structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for vertically-oriented graphene prepared by the preparation method as mentioned above, where vertically-oriented graphene is staggered and connected by vertically-oriented carbon nano wall layer structures, and the network structure has penetrating channels.
