▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Prefabricated building construction method involves dividing on-site grouting site into warehouses, hoisting prefabricated building components and caulking joints to form closed warehouse which is grouting cavity, preparing relevant equipment to check whether the grouting cavity is leaking and wet, preparing grouting material, pouring into a low-pressure container, aging, producing test blocks of low-pressure grouting material for prefabricated building component, and grouting the grouting sleeve and divided warehouses with the number plate of the grouting cavity of the same layer of prefabricated building component. The grouting material comprises 130-150 pts. wt. Portland cement, 8-10 pts. wt. gypsum, 115-160 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 25-45 pts. wt. active admixture, 15-30 pts. wt. inactive admixture and 8-20 pts. wt. admixture, and has water-to-binder ratio of 0.29-0.45. The admixture comprises high-efficient water-reducing agent, coagulant and interface enhancer. USE - Prefabricated building construction method. ADVANTAGE - The assembled building construction has excellent mechanical strength and construction, and high efficiency water reducing agent, coagulation accelerator and interface reinforcing agent.
