NOVELTY - Preparing polypropylene film layer having enhanced bonding performance, comprises (i) uniformly mixing bonding layer, core layer and heat-sealing layer, then melting and plasticizing in three extruding machine to obtain bonding layer, the core layer and the heat-sealing layer of the molten body, where the bonding layer is made of random copolymer polypropylene, maleic anhydride modified polypropylene and polyolefin elastomer, and (ii) the three extrusion heads of the melt extruder adopt three-layer co-extrusion, casting it onto a cooling roll to cool down to form a film and orderly comprising a bonding layer, a core layer and a heat sealing layer. USE - The polypropylene film layer having enhanced bonding performance is useful for lithium battery packing. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene film layer: has improved electrolyte resistance, enhanced strength, flexibility and low temperature heat sealability; reduces the apparent viscosity and energy consumption of the polymer melt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polypropylene film layer having enhanced bonding performance, obtained by above method.
