NOVELTY - A transparent graphene oxide film has transparency that is gradually reduced with continuous increase of pH value of mother liquor, thickness of 0.01-100 mu m, and light transmittance, which can be adjusted at 1-95%. USE - A transparent graphene oxide film. ADVANTAGE - The transparency of film obtained in smaller pH value is higher, and the transmission rate to near infrared light is more than 80%. The method of regulating optical properties of film is simple and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for adjustment of light transmittance of transparent graphene oxide film, comprising adding acid or alkali into graphene oxide solution or washing waste solution in graphite oxide preparation process, and adjusting pH value at 1-13, where light transmittance of mother liquor is reduced with increase of pH value; and preparing the graphene oxide film having gradually reduced light transmittance with increase of pH value of mother liquor by filtering, substrate coating or gas-liquor interface self-assembling method.
