NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite biochar flame retardant fiber comprises (i) providing graphene, biochar, resin powder, dispersant, compatibilizer, anti-dripping agent and modifier, (ii) adding graphene and biochar into modifier, impregnating, adjusting the pH, and drying to obtain modified mixed powder, (iii) adding resin powder, dispersant and compatibilizer into mixer for mixing, heating and reacting, (iv) adding anti-dripping agent into the mixture, and continuously mixing, (v) adding graphene and biochar mixed powder into the mixer, setting the temperature and the rotation rate, and reacting with the mixture to obtain the final mixed powder, (vi) pouring the powder into the spinning machine, melt-blowing and spinning the mixed powder in heating and melting state, and ejecting the spinning from the assembly to form a tow, (vii) winding the jetted tow on the spinning roll, and winding the fibers into a bobbin, and (viii) sampling the fibers for testing the flame retardant effect. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite biochar flame retardant fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite biochar flame retardant fiber has good flame retardancy and high melting point.
