NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-coated two-dimensional material or graphene involves soaking two-dimensional material in weak acid solution, washing with deionized water several times, drying at dry film thickness of 1-500 nm, immersing in solution of release agent, drying, placing precursor in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) furnace, evacuating CVD furnace to 10 Pa or less, introducing inert gas into CVD furnace, raising temperature above temperature at which carbon source is cracked to generate free carbon, maintaining pressure in furnace at normal pressure, closing air supply valve and stop heating, cooling down to room temperature, purifying product with clean air for several times obtaining graphene-coated two-dimensional material, etching and peeling by subjecting two-dimensional material having large surface coated with graphene to peripheral trimming to expose cross section of material, taking out graphene and washing with deionized water several times and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene-coated two-dimensional material for producing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional coated material is economical and environmentally-friendly. The single layer rate of two-dimensional material is high. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-coated two-dimensional material or graphene involves soaking two-dimensional material in weak acid solution at 30-98 degrees C for 2-80 minutes, washing with deionized water several times at mass concentration of 0.1-10% of solid-phase carbon source, drying at dry film thickness of 1-500 nm, immersing in solution of release agent having mass concentration of 0.1-15%, drying to obtain precursor, placing precursor in CVD furnace, evacuating CVD furnace to 10 Pa or less, introducing inert gas into CVD furnace at flow rate of 90-400 sccm, raising temperature above temperature at which carbon source is cracked to generate free carbon at heating rate is of 16 degrees C/minute, maintaining pressure in furnace at normal pressure with graphene growth time of 5-200 minutes, closing air supply valve and stop heating, cooling down to room temperature at rate of 18 degrees C/minute, purifying product with clean air for several times obtaining graphene-coated two-dimensional material, etching and peeling by subjecting two-dimensional material having large surface coated with graphene to peripheral trimming to expose cross section of material, taking out graphene and washing with deionized water several times and drying to obtain graphene.
