▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves fixing a graphite filling system to a volume pulsation plasticizing transporting device. Graphene filler system volume along axial and radial directions is changed alternately and periodically. Explosion effect is generated based on compression release periodically to release and disperse graphene. Free volume of polymer matrix is increased while inserting layer polymer matrix free volume in the graphene. The volume pulsation plasticizing transporting device is divided into a feeding section, a melting and plasticizing section, a pressurizing mixing section, a reducing section and a metering section. USE - Explosion effect based series large scale industrial production graphene filling system processing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing free volume of the polymer matrix, peeling a dispersed graphene environment-friendly, realizing continuous process graphene peeling dispersion combined with blending processing simply and efficiently and obtaining a graphene composite material product.
