NOVELTY - Fluorocarbon coating comprises 18-35 pts. wt. aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 13-24 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. titanate-modified graphene, 0.2-1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 6-23 pts. wt. aqueous aluminum silver paste, 1-3 pts. wt. opal Shale powder, 2-5 pts. wt. opal shale powder loaded titanium dioxide, 5-9 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent , 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. pH regulator and 15-28 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as fluorocarbon coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good comprehensive performance and high metallic luster. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fluorocarbon coating comprising (a) adding part of deionized water to the feeding kettle, and then adding water-based aluminum-silver slurry, opal shale powder, titanate-modified graphene, and silane coupling agent, stirring uniformly, carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain aluminum-silver slurry pre-dispersion; (b) adding remaining parts of deionized water to the mixing tank, then adding water-based fluorocarbon resin, polyurethane resin, ethylene glycol, and opal shale powder loaded titanium dioxide, stirring to obtain the aluminum-silver slurry pre-dispersion solution, adding to the mixing tank, continuing to stir, and then adding dispersant, leveling agent, defoaming agent and pH adjuster, continuing stirring to obtain the mixing solution; and (c) passing 200-mesh sieve through the stirred solution.
