NOVELTY - Self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane comprises cover layer, a tire base fabric, a self-adhesive chemical waterproof layer and a physical waterproof layer in sequence, where the self-adhesive chemical waterproof layer is made of modified asphalt mixture. USE - The self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is used for building wall roof, tunnel, road and landfill site to resist external rainwater. ADVANTAGE - The method: mixes asphalt by adding regenerated styrene-butadiene rubber powder and softening oil to the raw materials, so that self-adhesive polymer-modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has better aging resistance, corrosion resistance and heat preservation effect; is simple, economical, and suitable for industrial production; has convenient operation, mild reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproof membrane, comprising (i) adding road petroleum asphalt and softened oil into the reaction kettle, raising the temperature to 175-185°C and stir for dehydration, (ii) adding 20-30 pts. wt. regenerated styrene-butadiene rubber powder when the temperature reaches 210±5°C, and stir for 60 minutes at 210±5°C to dissolve the regenerated styrene-butadiene rubber powder evenly, (iii) then cooling the mixture obtained in step (ii) to 175-185°C, adding graphene and epoxy resin to the mixed oil in step (ii) in proportion, and stir at constant temperature until graphene and epoxy resin are completely melted, (iv) then cooling down the mixture obtained in step (iii) to 160-170°C, adding modifier, root inhibitor, stabilizer and plasticizer, and stirring until completely melted, (v) finally adding diluent to the mixture in step (iv) and stirring for 30 minutes, it can then be made into a self-adhesive polymer-modified asphalt mixture, and (vi) applying mixture of self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt on the surface of the physical waterproof layer made of polyethylene material covered on the tire base fabric, and then make a coiled product through film coating, cooling and packaging.
