▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene microelectrodes based on smart phone detection, involves using computer-aided design (CAD) drawing software to design graphene microelectrode pattern of three-electrode system and using laser to print the graphene microelectrode on high-insulation polyimide film, coating silver/silver chloride paste on reference electrode, coating signal output connector with conductive silver paste, and fixing working area with polyimide film with glue, for forming laser direct writing graphene electrode e.g. laser-induced graphene (LIG) electrode. USE - Preparation of graphene microelectrodes based on smart phone detection, used in micro-electrochemical analyzer in drug analysis for detection of biological samples, such as sweat and urine (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The designed graphene microelectrode is compatible with the PalmSens U-disk electrochemical analyzer and has good stability and sensitivity. The drug detection method has good repeatability, precision and selectivity, and further promotes portable, green, low-cost and intelligent drug detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of the graphene microelectrodes based on smartphone detection, which involves: (a) inserting the LIG electrode directly into micro-electrochemical analyzer, connecting to smartphone, and building electrochemical mobile phone intelligent detection device; and (b) dripping the sample solution onto surface of the LIG electrode to cover three electrodes, and monitoring current signal by electrochemical analysis method to detect target analyte.
