NOVELTY - Functionalized graphene quantum dot antibacterial hand sanitizer comprises 0.1-2 %mass chlorogenic acid functionalized graphene quantum dot bactericide, 9-18 %mass non-ionic surfactant, 0.5-1 %mass ethylene glycol distearate, 1-3 %mass glycerol, 0.5-3 %mass sodium hyaluronate, 0.45-0.8 %mass pH adjuster, 0.1-0.2 %mass chelating agent, 1-1.4 %mass thickener and remaining of deionized water. USE - As functionalized graphene quantum dot antibacterial hand sanitizer. ADVANTAGE - The hand sanitizer has stable bactericidal performance and no skin irritation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of functionalized graphene quantum dot antibacterial hand sanitizer, involving mixing the above mentioned raw materials except thickener, uniformly stirring at 60-70 degrees C, cooling to room temperature, adjusting the pH of the solution to 6-6.5, and adding thickener to obtain the product.
