ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/Nafion (RTM: tetrafluoroethylene copolymer)/hydrotalcite composite thin film modified electrode has high efficiency, sensitivity, stability and selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide/Nafion (RTM: tetrafluoroethylene copolymer)/hydrotalcite composite thin film modified electrode is prepared by preparing oxidized graphite alkene by adding 1.0-3.0 g graphite powder and 100 g sodium chloride, grinding for 10-20 minutes, dissolving, filtering and drying resultant product, adding 50-55 ml sulfuric acid, stirring for 10-13 hours, slowly adding 5-6 g potassium permanganate at 15-25 degrees C water bath temperature, increasing temperature to 70-90 degrees C, stirring for 50-80 minutes, adding 300-350 ml water and 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, continuously stirring for 20-50 minutes at 100-110 degrees C, centrifuging, filtering, washing the filter cake using water and drying to obtain oxidized graphite alkene, preparing nickel-aluminum and hydrotalcite grafted graphene oxide by taking 0.1-0.3 g graphite oxide, adding sodium hydroxide solution, treating ultrasonically for 15-25 minutes, adding sodium carbonate, stirring to dissolve uniformly, controlling pH value to 10.5-11.5, reacting resultant product at 165-180 degrees C for 23-25 hours, washing, reacting resultant product at 60-70 degrees C for 15-18 hours and grinding to obtain nickel-aluminum and hydrotalcite grafted oxidized graphite alkene, adding 1.0-3.0 mg nickel-aluminum and hydrotalcite grafted oxidized graphite alkene with 10 ml Nafion (RTM: tetrafluoroethylene copolymer) ultrasonic dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-40 minutes, placing obtained suspension in a cleaned glassy carbon electrode surface to obtain finished product.
