▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanographene film comprises 20-35 pts. wt. poly-beta-hydroxybutyric acid, 20-30 pts. wt. butylene glycol adipate-butylene terephthalate copolymer, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. plasticizer, 4-12 pts. wt. antioxidant and 6-14 pts. wt. antistatic agent. USE - Nanographene film for enhancing the mechanical properties of thin film materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanographene film is degradable and has excellent mechanical properties and minimizing environmental pollution can be achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing nanographene film, which involves weighing each component, firstly poly beta -hydroxybutyric acid, butylene adipate-butylene terephthalate copolymer is ground into powder and dried sufficiently; (2) mixing powder with graphene oxide, a plasticizer, an antioxidant, and an antistatic agent in a high-speed mixer; (3) sending mixture to an extruder for melt plasticization, and then extruding, and then subjecting to steps such as tabletting, stretching, and curling, and finally cutting to obtain a film with excellent mechanical properties; and (4) use of nanographene film is claimed for enhancing the mechanical properties of thin film materials, where graphene oxide enhances its mechanical properties by forming a three-dimensional network structure with the polymer.
