NOVELTY - High strength adhesive and formaldehyde-free furniture comprises corn starch, oxidized graphene, amylase, guar gum, diatomite, bamboo fiber, beta -cyclodextrin, and water. USE - Used as high strength adhesive and formaldehyde-free furniture. ADVANTAGE - The furniture has enhances adhesive strength, specific antibacterial, bacteriostatic and mothproof effect, prepared with specific anti-browning and mothproof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the high strength adhesive and formaldehyde-free furniture comprising (a) firstly mixing starch with water to prepare a solution with a concentration of 35-45%, and then ultrasonically processing at 60-70 degrees C for 15-20 minutes; the ultrasonic frequency is 20-30 kHz, ultrasonic power is 120-150 w, filtering, adding acidic alpha -amylase and adjusting pH to 4-4.5, performing enzymolysis for 25-35 minutes; adjusting the pH to 7-7.5, adding dispersant, graphene oxide and beta -cyclodextrin, stirring for 15-25 minutes; and (d) adding the rest raw materials, stirring for 45-60 minutes to obtain the product.
