▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Macroscopic preparation of functional two-dimensional material aerogel composite microsphere comprises (1) preparing a two-dimensional material of less than 400 meshes sieve, dispersing the two-dimensional material in water, ultrasonically stirring for 5 hours, keeping stable without sedimentation for 2 hours, adding organic ligands and then mixing with ultrasonic stirring for 2 hours, (2) dissolving the corresponding functional salt in a deionized water as a receiving bath, then adding organic solvent to the salt solution, and stirring for 1 hour, (4) loading the stable dispersion liquid into the spray system, controlling the spray distance of 2-5 meters, where the power of the spray system is 500w, and the droplet size range of the spray system is 1-200 microm, and placing the receiving bath directly below the spray system, (5) filtering the solid microspheres, cleaning, freezing through a screen, and lyophilizing in a freeze dryer for two days. USE - Macroscopic preparation of functional two-dimensional material aerogel composite microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple production conditions, and large production volume; adopts the spray gel method to prepare industrialized magnetically responsive two-dimensional material aerogel microspheres; can reach production efficiency of kilograms/day; and reduces the requirements of industrialized production equipment to extremely low. The functional two-dimensional material aerogel composite microsphere has regular shapes, small volumes and are distributed in 1200 microm.
