▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Spherical graphene quantum dot nanocomposite having diameter of 150-230 nm and formed by combining graphene quantum dots and gold, is claimed. USE - The nanocomposite is useful in display and optoelectronic device for detecting metal ions and imaging biological samples. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite has excellent physical and chemical properties and improved fluorescence characteristic. The method is simple, enables mass production, and increases yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene quantum dot nanocomposite, comprising (a) preparing graphene quantum dot solution, (b) mixing the obtained graphene quantum dot solution and chloroauric acid solution, (c) irradiating the obtained solution with UV light, and (d) self-assembling the graphene quantum dots and gold ions.
