▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene ball conductive adhesive is prepared by mixing monomer, initiator, dispersant and solvent to obtain monomer mixture and using the monomer mixture to prepare polymer microsphere; pretreating polymer microsphere by heating or plasma etching; performing chemical vapor deposition method to grow graphene on surface of the polymer microsphere to prepare graphene ball; mixing epoxy resin, curing agent and accelerator and heating or plasma etching to prepare epoxy resin glue system; and dispersing the graphene ball into the epoxy resin glue system to obtain graphene ball conductive adhesive. USE - Method for preparing graphene ball conductive adhesive (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene ball conductive adhesive comprises: (A) mixing monomer, initiator, dispersant and solvent to obtain monomer mixture and using the monomer mixture to prepare polymer microsphere; (B) pretreating the polymer microsphere by heating or plasma etching; (C) performing chemical vapor deposition method or coating process to grow graphene on surface of the polymer microsphere to prepare graphene ball; (D) mixing epoxy resin, curing agent and accelerator, uniformly dispersing, and then heating or plasma etching to prepare epoxy resin glue system; and (E) dispersing the prepared graphene ball into the epoxy resin glue system to obtain graphene ball conductive adhesive material and defoaming the adhesive material.
