NOVELTY - The device has a heating layer and a heat-insulating layer arranged on a skin from outer side to an inner side. An insulated heat conducting layer, the heating layer and the heat-insulating layer are arranged together to form an outer body. An edge of the outer body is installed on a rotating wing base. The heating layer comprises multiple linear bending-type heating components, where the heating component is covered with a heating wing leading edge. The insulated heat conducting layer is made of graphene doped glass fiber/epoxy resin composite material, where thickness of the insulated heat conducting layer is about 2-6mm. USE - Graphene composite material helicopter rotor de-icing device. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes arrangement of a heating component, the insulated heat conducting layer and a heat insulating component to improve heating efficiency of the rotor, thus improving de-icing efficiency of the rotor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene composite material helicopter rotor de-icing device manufacturing method.
