NOVELTY - Composite powder reinforced with reinforced phase with functional layer comprises 96-98 wt.% metal-based powder as matrix powder, 2-4 wt.% enhancement phase with functional layer used as doped phase. The reinforcing phase is graphene nanosheets or graphene oxide sheets. The reinforcing phase with functional layer is prepared by adding non-metallic nanoparticles to mixed solution containing nickel salts, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain reaction solution, add enhanced phase after palladium chloride to the reaction solution, stirred the reaction ultrasonically to obtain the enhanced phase with functional layer after washing and drying. The reaction solution contains 25-30g/L nickel salt, 20-30g/L reducing agent, 15-25g/L complexing agent, 4-8g/L buffer and stabilizer. USE - Composite powder reinforced with reinforced phase with functional layer for coagulation technology. ADVANTAGE - The composite powder reinforced with reinforced phase with functional layer has good compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite powder reinforced by reinforced phase with functional layer for coagulation technology, which involves: (A) performing surface pretreatment of the reinforcement phase, adding reinforcement phase to the mixed acid of nitric acid and sulfuric acid, ultrasonically stirring at 40-60 degrees C, washing to neutrality and filtering with suction to obtain acidified reinforced phase; (B) adding acidified reinforced phase to the acidic solution containing 1-3 wt.% stannous chloride and 2-4 wt.% hydrochloric acid, and stirring ultrasonically at 40-60 degrees C to enhance phase, washing to neutrality and filtering with suction to obtain enhanced phase after stannous chloride treatment; (C) adding stannous chloride-treated reinforced phase to acid solution containing 0.1-0.3 wt.% palladium chloride and 2-4 wt.% hydrochloric acid, and sonicating at 40-60 degrees C, stirring to obtain enhanced phase after palladium chloride treatment; (D) forming reinforced phase with functional layer, adding non-metallic nanoparticles to mixed solution containing nickel salt and dispersing uniformly by ultrasound to obtain reaction solution, adding reinforced phase treated with palladium chloride to the reaction solution and stirring ultrasonically, after washing and drying, obtaining reinforced phase with functional layer, reaction solution contains 25-30g/L nickel salt, 20-30g/L reducing agent, 15-25g/L complexing agent, 4-8g/L buffer and stabilizer, preparing reinforced phase reinforced composite powder, adding reinforced phase with functional layer to metal-based powder; and (E) using ball milling treatment to obtain uniformly mixed reinforced phase reinforced composite powder with functional layer.
