NOVELTY - High heat-conducting polyamide with graphenenano composite material comprises 48-60 wt.% polyamide, 20-30 wt.% graphene agent, 15-28 wt.% crystalline flake graphite, 0.12-0.18 wt.% silane coupling agent, 0.12-0.18 wt.% dispersant and 0.22-0.27wt.% antioxidant, the graphite alkene is selected from one kind of or more of redox graphene or graphene oxide. USE - High heat-conducting polyamide with graphenenano composite material. ADVANTAGE - The high heat-conducting polyamide with graphenenano composite material has good heat-conducting property, effectively improves the thermal conductivity of the composite material, so as to ensure the composite material can be the LED illumination component, prolongs the service life of the electronic component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing heat-conducting polyamide with graphenenano composite material, which involves (A) transferring the polyamide to a hot air circulation drying device at 95-115 degrees C, drying and dewatering for 4-6 hours; (B) placing the polyamide and graphene agent into a nitrogen-protected high-mixer, melting and kneading at 245-260 degrees C for 8-13 minutes; (C) adding flake graphite, silane coupling agent, dispersing agent and antioxidant to the semi-finished product of the polyamide and the graphene composite obtained; and (D) placing it in a nitrogen-filled high-mixer to melt-mix at 260 degrees C for 15 minutes to obtain the finished product.
