NOVELTY - An impedance thermal conductive composite plastic comprises 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride-epoxy resin copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. silicone oil, 4-10 pts. wt. graphene, 7-10 pts. wt. toluidine, 10-15 pts. wt. dextrin, 8-9 pts. wt. carbon black, 4-9 pts. wt. acrylonitrile, 5-8 pts. wt. nano-attapulgite, 2-6 pts. wt. nano-silicon nitride and 0.3-0.7 pt. wt. tetrabutyl titanate. USE - Impedance thermal conductive composite plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The impedance thermal conductive composite plastic has volume resistivity of 1014 Omega .cm and thermal conductivity of 6.42-8.51 W/m.K. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of impedance thermal conductive composite plastic, which involves mixing raw materials in a reactor, reacting at 2-4 MPa and 62-70 degrees C, ultrasonic-oscillation treating under a power of 423 W for 20 minutes, and low-temperature drying granulating at 4 degrees C.
