▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing conductive adhesive comprises (1) mixing multi-wall carbon nanotubes or natural graphite and hyperbranched polyethylene with methyl acrylate in chloroform, ultrasonically processing in an ultrasonic tank to obtain multi-wall carbon nanotube solution and graphene solution, (2) centrifuging the solution obtained in the step (1), vacuum filtering, and ultrasonically processing to remove excess hyperbranched polymer to obtain a multi-walled carbon nanotube solution and graphene solution with good dispersibility, and (3) dissolving the adhesive in the organic solvent using solution mixing method, adding the carbon tube solution, graphene solution and curing agent, and mixing uniformly, manually coating the adhesive layer on the release film, and drying in an oven to remove the solvent, transferring to 25 μm thick PET film, where the total mass fraction of carbon nanotubes and graphene is 0-10% based on 100% of the acrylate adhesive. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive adhesive, which is useful in electromechanical industry e.g. automobile, ship and transportation industry and furniture, indoor and outdoor decoration and luggage. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, low cost, and environment-friendly. The conductive adhesive has excellent conductivity, and can form good interface bonding effect in the filler and the substrate, and is easier to form a conductive path in the polymer resin, so as to greatly reduce the surface resistor of the conductive adhesives under the lower filler filler.
