NOVELTY - A graphene-based substrate heat exchanger chip comprises heat-conducting chip monolithic frame. The monolithic frame forms complete heat exchanger unit by concave and convex pieces. The heat exchanger units are combined, and use plastic circular rod heat sealing and top and bottom sealing with cotton. The chip comprises framework, basal body layer and functional layer. The basal body layer is main body portion of filter paper. The basic material carrier is used for bearing heat conducting filter paper. The main material is plant long fiber, water, flame retardant and fungicide. The functional layer is core of technical performance of filter paper to play molecular sieves and heat conduction function. The main material comprises 3M molecular sieve powder, aluminum oxide powder, liquid graphene and thermal conductive acrylate. The framework comprises concave and convex buckling molding. The material is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) injected by thermal polymerization. USE - Graphene-based substrate heat exchanger chip. ADVANTAGE - The chip has high heat-conducting efficiency.
