NOVELTY - Double-network polyetheretherketone composite material comprises a polyetheretherketone/multi-walled carbon nanotube composite material and a graphene nanosheet. The polyetheretherketone/multi-walled carbon nanotube composite material is multi-walled carbon nanotubes dispersed in polyetheretherketone. The polyetheretherketone/multi-walled carbon nanotube composite material is distributed in a network structure formed by the graphene nanosheet. The network structure formed by the graphene nanosheet is a honeycomb-like structure. USE - The double-network polyetheretherketone composite material is useful for electronics, automotive energy and aerospace applications (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The double-network polyetheretherketone composite material has excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the double-network polyetheretherketone composite material, involving (i) mixing diphenyl sulfone, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, xylene, hydroquinone, 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone and catalyst, (ii) performing in-situ mixed construction to obtain a polyetheretherketone/multi-walled carbon nanotube composite material, and (iii) mixing the polyetheretherketone/multi-walled carbon nanotube composite material with graphene nanosheet, and sequentially ball milling and pressing to obtain the finished product.
