▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide (16-20 mg), 0.5-1 mol/L of ferric chloride solution (1.5-2 mL) and 0.01-0.03 mol/L of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (1.4-1.5 mL) are mixed, transferred to a polytetrafluoroethylene-lined reactor, reacted at 80-120 degrees C for 20-28 hours, cooled to room temperature, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain graphene oxide-ferric oxide ( alpha -iron sesquioxide) nanocomposite material. USE - In-situ preparation of graphene oxide-ferric oxide nanocomposite material used for electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides graphene oxide-ferric oxide nanocomposite material by a simple process, in short time.
