NOVELTY - Asphalt isolating agent comprises 50-85 pts. wt. water, 10-20 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 0.1-1 pt. wt. PTFE powder, 0.1-1 pt. wt. silicon dioxide powder, 1-10 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene powder, 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant and 0.1-1 pt. wt. preservative, and is prepared by (a) adding zeolite powder and PTFE powder to water at 50-60 degrees C, and ultrasonically dispersing, (b) adding silica powder to mixed solution (A), optionally adding graphene powder, and magnetically stirring, (c) adding graphene powder to mixed solution (B), adding surfactant, stabilizer and remaining of water, and magnetically stirring, (d) performing high-speed shearing emulsification on mixed liquid, shearing for 3-5 minutes every time, and adding preservative in emulsification process to form stable emulsion to obtain asphalt isolating agent. USE - The asphalt isolating agent used in road materials. ADVANTAGE - The asphalt isolating agent has excellent chemical stability and isolation effect, high performance and high temperature resistance, is environmentally-friendly, easy to store and clean and durable, does not damage transportation and construction equipment, and saves resources. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Asphalt isolating agent comprises 50-85 pts. wt. water, 10-20 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 0.1-1 pt. wt. PTFE powder, 0.1-1 pt. wt. silicon dioxide powder, 1-10 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene powder, 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant and 0.1-1 pt. wt. preservative, and is prepared by (a) adding zeolite powder and PTFE powder to water at 50-60 degrees C, and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixed solution (A), (b) adding silica powder to mixed solution (A), optionally adding graphene powder, magnetically stirring the mixture at a rotating speed of 3000-4500 rpm for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution (B), (c) adding graphene powder to mixed solution (B), adding surfactant, stabilizer and remaining of water of 50-60 degrees C, and magnetically stirring at a rotating speed of 3000-4500 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixed liquid (C), (d) performing high-speed shearing emulsification on mixed liquid (C) at a rotating speed of 3000-6000 rpm for 3-5 minutes, shearing for 3-5 minutes every time, and adding preservative in emulsification process to form stable emulsion to obtain asphalt isolating agent, where the sum of amount of graphene powder in step (b) and step (c) is graphene powder in raw material formulation.
