NOVELTY - A preparation method of three-dimensional graphene poly-dopamine-gold nanoparticle composite material comprises: (a) dissolving dopamine in buffer solution of pH 7-9 to obtain dopamine solution; (b) immersing three dimensional graphene into dopamine solution for modification, to obtain the poly dopamine modified graphene three-dimensional graphene; and (c) reacting polydopamine modified three-dimensional graphene with tetrachloride solution, to obtain the three dimensional graphene-poly-dopamine-gold nanoparticle composite material. USE - Preparation method of three-dimensional graphene poly-dopamine-gold nanoparticle composite material (claimed). Can also be used for preparing identifying complementary DNA chain of the DNA electrochemistry sensor. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene-poly-dopamine-gold nanoparticle composite material with graphite, poly-dopamine, gold nanoparticles has high electric conductivity and good bio-compatibility.
