NOVELTY - Preparing dielectric gradient coating comprises preparing liquid composite coating containing dielectric filler, active diluent, photo-curing prepolymer and photoinitiator, coating the liquid composite coating on the surface of the base material to obtain liquid coating, performing electro-optical excitation treatment the liquid coating, and photo-curing to obtain the final product. USE - The gradient coating is useful in solid insulating component e.g. power device, pulse power, spacecraft, high power microwave, other operation in high voltage/high electric field of core component in device/device with bearing electric insulation, mechanical support and unit isolation effect. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes electro-optical excitation auxiliary photo-curing which utilizes electric field force to realize the dielectric filler self-adaptive enrichment/orientation, so as to construct surface dielectrically gradient; realizes the lifting of the surface resistance; and provides the coating which has strong interface bonding force, excellent long-term stability, and excellent application prospect in the solid insulating component.
