NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyurethane insulation board comprises first cement heat cloth, graphene modified polyurethane insulation layer and the second cement heat cloth, where graphene-modified polyurethane insulation layer is composed of 900-1100 pts. wt. white material, 1350-1650 pts. wt. black material, 4.5-5.5 pts. wt. flame Retardant, 225-275 pts. wt. graphite powder and 4.5-5.5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as graphene modified polyurethane insulation board. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene modified polyurethane insulation board comprising (i) mixing white material with graphite powder, graphene and flame retardant at room temperature under normal pressure in the high-speed dispersion machine premixed to obtain white material premix, (ii) carrying out polymerization reaction of white material premix of step (i) and black material in the high-pressure foaming machine by adding foam to obtain foam mixture, and (iii) shaping foaming mixture of step (ii) in the laminator and forming cemented cloth on the upper and lower surfaces of the mixture to obtain final product.
