▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide loaded nano titanium dioxide involves adding water into graphene oxide for ultrasonic treatment to obtain 2-3.5 g/L graphene oxide dispersion liquid; mixing graphene oxide dispersion liquid with ethanol, and adjusting pH to 2-3 to obtain 15-25 vol.% reaction solution; mixing tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol to prepare 75-85 vol.% reaction precursor; dropwise adding reaction precursor into reaction solution at temperature of 75-85℃, and continuously reacting for 20-30 hours at temperature of 78-82℃ to obtain suspension; centrifuging, cleaning and drying turbid liquid to obtain graphene oxide loaded nano titanium dioxide. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide loaded nano titanium dioxide used for preparation of photocatalytic graphene antibacterial fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method helps in improving antibacterial property of material, where nano titanium dioxide is more uniformly distributed on graphene oxide, and is not easy to fall off; provides more durable antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a photocatalytic graphene antibacterial fiber, which comprises polyester resin powder, and 0.3-2 wt.% graphene oxide-loaded nano titanium dioxide; (2) a method for preparing photocatalytic graphene antibacterial fiber, which involves: (a) mixing polyester resin powder and graphene oxide loaded nano titanium dioxide powder; (b) granulating and spinning to obtain photocatalytic graphene antibacterial fiber.
