NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano-composite powder of graphene-calcium carbonate involves (a) stirring and digesting quicklime at 60-90degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes, filtering and removing residue to prepare calcium hydroxide slurry, (b) mixing the slurry with graphene to obtain a mixed material, adding a surfactant dimethyl sulfoxide, raising the temperature to 60-80degrees Celsius, maintaining for 3-4 hours to reduce the temperature, (c) introducing carbon dioxide mixed gas, controlling the reaction temperature at 20-25degrees Celsius under the ultrasonic condition, reacting at constant temperature, (d) adding a crystal form control agent at 1/2-1/3 of the total time of the carbonization reaction, stopping the reaction when the pH value is 7, (e) peeling, separating, adding stearic acid rare earth, stirring and reacting for 30-50 minutes, filtering and drying. USE - Preparation method of graphene-calcium carbonate nano composite powder used for filling base material. Uses include but are not limited to rubber, plastic, paper making, coating, ink and medicine industries. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene-calcium carbonate nano-composite powder with high activation degree and low oil absorption value. The powder is used for filling the base material, it can reduce the cost and improve the environment-friendly property of the material.
