NOVELTY - Lavender fragrance type resistant aqueous graphene metal anti-rust primer comprises 40-42 pts. acrylate emulsion, 6-8 pts. waste polystyrene foam, 5-7 pts. graphene, 4-6 pts. carbon fiber, 12-14 pts. amino resin, 10-12 pts. talc powder, 13-15 pts. lavender, 2-4 pts. arabic gum, 3-5 pts. tomato extract, 1.3-1.5 pts. tetrabutyl titanate, 18-20 pts. pigment and deionized water. USE - Used as lavender fragrance type resistant aqueous graphene metal anti-rust primer. ADVANTAGE - The primer is non-toxic, non-polluting and non-inflammable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the lavender fragrance type resistant aqueous graphene metal anti-rust primer, comprising (i) drying lavender, grinding, passing over 120-140 mesh sieve, adding amino resin, talc powder, high-speed stirring for 10-15 minutes in a high speed mixer, heating at 700-800 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, then cooling to room temperature by adding carbon fiber and arabic gum, ultrasonically grinding for 40-50 minutes, to obtain modified mixed powder; (ii) mixing Persimmon juice extract and 1-2 times of deionized water, stirring, adding tetrabutyl titanate, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene, stirring and mixing at 85-95 degrees C in water bath for 8-10 hours, high-speed stirring in the mixer at 10000 revolutions/minute for 30 seconds, filtering to neutral and dried to be modified graphene; (iii) washing the waste polystyrene foam, drying, crushing, adding 1.5-2 times of mixed solvent, stirring to completely dissolve, adding the acrylic emulsion, stirring to 55-65 degrees C in the water bath for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified acrylic emulsion; and (iv) adding the resulting materials of step (i) and (ii) into deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, slowly adding the pigment with stirring, stirring at a high speed for 30-60 minutes, and grinding into a particle size of 60 mu m or less, then dispersing the modified acrylate emulsion uniformly, degassing at 0.1 MPa for 1-2 hours, and filtering the resulting material.
