▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high dielectric polyimide/graphene composite film comprises (i) performing esterification reaction of hydroxylated graphene and iron-containing metal-organic framework material to obtain functionalized graphene, (ii) adding the functionalized graphene into the organic solvent solution to form dispersion solution, mixing with polyamic acid solution formed by polycondensation of diamine monomer and dianhydride monomer to obtain the mixed solution, and (iii) casting the mixed solution into film, performing thermal imidization reaction to obtain the high dielectric polyimide/graphene composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing high dielectric polyimide/graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method has strong-interaction, so that it is stably dispersed in the polyimide body, and can enhance the interaction at the graphene polyimide and the base body, and good for increasing the dielectric performance, and also overcomes the defect that the filler is added to damage the mechanical performance of the composite film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high dielectric polyimide/graphene composite film, obtained by the above-mentioned method.
