NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based multi-layered foam carbon material comprising providing thermosetting resin and metal compound, ball milling by using thermosetting resin and metal compounds, adding solvent, placing on a vertical mill, milling, carrying out prepolymerization using step (ii) material, heating, stirring, reacting, mold casting by preheating step (iii) material removing bubble, vacuumizing, curing, carbonizing by releasing cured material into atmosphere furnace, heating, raising temperature, incubating and cooling the furnace at room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based multi-layered foam carbon material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has uniform structure, does not require foaming process, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based multi-layered foam carbon material comprising (i) providing 60-100 wt.% thermosetting resin and 0-40 wt.% metal compound ,(ii) ball milling: providing thermosetting resin and metal compounds, adding solvent, placing on a vertical mill, milling at a speed of 20-1200revolutions/minute for 1-8 hours, (iii) prepolymerization: carrying out prepolymerization using step (ii) material, heating at 50-200 degrees C, where flow rate of atmospheric nitrogen and argon gas is 50-200 ml/minute, stirring at speed of 50-1000 rotations/minute, reacting for 0.1-4 hours, (vi) mold casting: preheating step (iii) material removing bubble, vacuumizing at 100-200 degrees C for 0.1-3 hours, where the vacuum degree is 1x 102 to 1x 103 Pa, (v) curing at 100-250 degrees C for 1-10 hours, where the vacuum degree is 1x 102-1x 105 Pa, (vi) carbonization: releasing cured material into atmosphere furnace, where the flow rate of atmospheric nitrogen and argon gas is 50-200 ml/minute, heating at 1-25 degrees C/minute, raising temperature to 1200-2000 degrees C, incubating for 0.5-5 hours and cooling the furnace at room temperature.
