NOVELTY - Preparation of sulfur and nitrogen-doped graphene comprises mixing tetramethyl ammonium bromide solution with bentonite, stirring, aging; adding acetone and dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring, separating precipitate, washing precipitate, drying, grinding, sieving to obtain modified bentonite powder; vacuum sintering, cooling to room temperature; adding hydrofluoric acid solution, stirring under nitrogen protection, separating precipitate, drying; vacuum heating, and cooling. USE - Method for preparing sulfur and nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is simple and has mild preparation condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of sulfur and nitrogen-doped graphene comprises mixing bentonite and 0.1-1 wt.% 0.5-1 mmol tetramethyl ammonium bromide solution per g bentonite, stirring for 5-6 hours in 60-70 degrees C water bath, aging for 12-24 hours to obtain modified bentonite suspension; adding 0.1-0.5 mmol acetone and 1-5 mmol dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring for 6-8 hours in 60-70 degrees C water bath, separating precipitate, washing precipitate with deionized water for 2-3 times, drying, grinding, passing through 20-40 mesh sieve to obtain modified bentonite powder; vacuum heating in vacuum tubular furnace to 400-600 degrees C, vacuum sintering for 2-4 hours, cooling to room temperature; adding 5-0 ml 20-40% hydrofluoric acid solution per gram powder, stirring for 3-4 hours under nitrogen protection, separating precipitate, drying; vacuum heating to 2000-2500 degrees C for 3-6 hours, and cooling.
