▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of hollow tubular composite material, involves: adding in the container 100-1500 ml of dispersant, 20-30 wt.% hollow tubular graphene multi-porous polymer material and N,N-dimethyl acetamide of not greater than 6 wt.%; ultrasonic dispersion treating to arrange graphene dispersion liquid; and putting hollow tubular multi-porous polymer material arranged graphene dispersion liquid in a vacuum drying oven with a negative pressure of -0.1 MPa at 100-150 degrees C, processing for 6-12 hours, until completely dry, coating the hollow tubular multi-porous polymer material with graphite absorption layer. USE - For preparation of hollow tubular composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hollow tubular composite material prepared by this process has good, continuous and efficient absorbing function, and oil and oil-water separation function. The process is simple process and has easy industrialization implementation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of hollow tubular composite material, where graphite alkene as the surface layer is adsorbed to hollow tubular multi-porous polymer material as the substrate layer, involves: (1) configuration graphene dispersion liquid: adding in the container, 100-1500 ml of dispersant, 20-30 wt.% hollow tubular graphene multi-porous polymer material and N,N-dimethyl acetamide of not greater than 6 wt.% of the total mass of the dispersing agent; ultrasonic dispersion treating for 20-40 minutes to arrange graphene dispersion liquid, where the graphene oxide has thickness of less than 10 nm, the diameter of 0.1-5 Pm, where the dispersant comprises ethanol, N-methyl pyrrolidone, tetrahydrofuran or dimethyl formamide; and (2) forming impregnated graphite coated absorbing layer: standing hollow tubular multi-porous polymer material arranged graphene dispersion liquid of step (1), for 5-60 minutes, then putting in a vacuum drying oven with a negative pressure of -0.1 MPa at 100-150 degrees C, processing for 6-12 hours, until completely dry, coating the hollow tubular multi-porous polymer material with graphite absorption layer to obtain the hollow tubular composite material, where the mass content of the absorption layer of hollow tubular multi-hole polymer material is 5-10%, if the quantity does not reach this range, repeating impregnation coating processing until in accordance with the mass content.
